Caverion Finland acquires Roxia Automation and strengthens its position as a service provider for industrial automation in Finland
Caverion and Roxia Oy have signed an agreement whereby Caverion Suomi Oy acquires the entire share capital of Roxia Automation Oy, a subsidiary of Roxia, previously known as Polar-Automaatio. Acquisition is completed on 1 July 2025. Polar-Automaatio's net sales in 2024 amounted to approximately EUR 7 million and the company has 47 employees.
With the acquisition, Caverion further strengthens its position as a service provider for comprehensive industrial automation solutions in Finland. The acquired company will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Caverion under the previous name Polar-Automaatio.
Polar-Automaatio manages the entire life cycle of industrial automation with services from planning to implementation including maintenance, electrical installations, remote support, spare part management and ensuring operational capability. The company serves multiple customers in Finland in the metal, mining, forest, energy, chemical, paper and marine industries.
