Caverion implements Total Technical Solutions for shopping mall in Bergen, Norway
Caverion has signed an agreement with the general contractor LAB to deliver a Large Project with Total Technical Solutions for the expansion of a shopping mall in Bergen, western Norway. The contract has a volume of approximately EUR 11.2 million.
The expansion of the shopping mall includes a new building of 50,000 square metres, a parking lot and a cinema. Caverion will deliver Advisory Services, Design & Engineering, Project Management and Project Execution for the disciplines of Heating & Sanitation, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Cooling, Electricity, Information and Communications Services, Security & Safety, and Automation.

Caverion’s work started in March 2017. The parking lot will be completed in November 2017, the shopping mall in November 2018 and the cinema in August 2019.
