Caverion signs large service agreement with Technopolis – will assume responsibility for five campuses in three countries
Technopolis has selected Caverion as its partner responsible for property maintenance services for its campuses in Finland, Sweden and Norway. The service agreement covering campuses in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Gothenburg and Oslo starts at the beginning of 2019. The value of the contract is not disclosed.

Caverion's comprehensive service agreement includes technical maintenance, energy monitoring as well as other remote monitoring services 24/7. In practice, Caverion's experts will follow uniform operating models across the sites in all countries and work at the campuses as a part of Technopolis organisation, leading to a more efficient and higher quality service delivery.
