Leading global engineering group, Cavotec MSL, is proud to announce the launch of its blog portal at http://blog.cavotec.com/. Providing news on current industry developments and materials on Cavotec projects, the Group sees the blog as an integral element in its evolving communications strategy.

“The blog gives us opportunities to communicate with a wider audience about a broader range of subjects than has previously been the case,” says Michael Scheepers, Cavotec MSL Corporate Communications Manager. Cavotec’s new media resource is directed at anyone with an interest in innovation and engineering, as well as the Group’s core audiences including clients, investors and people working in the broad range of industries in which Cavotec is active. “We are establishing the blog as a flexible, evolving communications tool. In addition to expanding the functions and resources available to users, such image and video banks, we’re aiming to add fresh content at least twice a week,” explains Scheepers. The Cavotec blog already includes Internet links to stories covering innovative technologies and news items, updates on Group projects and details of company news. “We will also be posting our own original content on the blog; on issues facing the sectors where we work, and we’ll be publishing articles on industrial and environmental trends,” says Scheepers.
