Cell Impact board member stepping down at her own request

Cell Impact AB (publ) is announcing today that board member Anna Frick will leave the board at her own request.

In accordance with Cell Impact’s Articles of association, the board of directors must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of ten members. After Anna Fricks’s departure, the board will consist of four members and thus meet the requirements.
