Cell Network AB signs final agreement with the owners of French Internet consulting company Voove SA

Cell Network AB signs final agreement with the owners of French Internet consulting company Voove SA Cell Network AB (publ) and the owners of the French Internet consulting company Voove SA tomorrow signs a final agreement regarding the acquisition of Voove SA. Like Cell Network, Voove SA works with business development based on new digital media, including the Internet. The purchase is being financed though a new issue of Cell Network AB shares. Signing of the agreement takes place in Paris in conjunction with the Swedish-French conference "IT visions - Internet and the future society." Acquisition of Voove SA Cell Network is acquiring 100% of Voove SA. Cell Network AB and the owners have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Voove SA, which was established in 1998, has revised its forecast for 1999, which indicates net sales of SEK 33 million and a profit for the second consecutive year. The company has about 30 employees and has amassed expertise over the past two years in the areas of consulting, design, production, digital marketing and services for software based on interactive media. The company has quickly established itself as one of the industry's most profitable and counts among its customers France Telecom, Citroën, L'Oreal and Pinault-Printemps-La Redoute, which includes the Swedish company Ellos.
