Cell Network AB signs final contract with Danish Mousehouse A/S Internet company Cell Network AB (publ) and the owners of the Danish Mousehouse A/S Internet company have signed a final contract on the acquisition of 100% of the latter company's shares. The acquisition is being implemented through a new share issue in Cell Network AB. "Via Mousehouse, we see major opportunities for expansion," says Jessica Stäel von Holstein at Cell Network. "Its strong trademark and position in the Danish market, combined with Cell Network's expertise in strategy and technical know-how, mean that as early as next year we expect to become the dominant player in the Danish market for E-business solutions." Cell Network AB and the owners have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Mousehouse background Mousehouse is a profitable Internet consulting company with 25 employees and an office in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company president, Caroline Söeborg Olsen, is one of the founders of the company, which has sales that amount to approximately SEK 13 M. The company's customers include the Öresund Consortium, Damgaard, Triumph, Bonniers, BG Bank and Codan.
