Cell Network/Mandator notes that Pixelpark has called off its transaction with Cell Network/Mandator

Announcement by Cell Network/Mandator Cell Network/Mandator notes that Pixelpark has called off its transaction with Cell Network/Mandator. Cell Network/Mandator wishes to clarify that, by reasons of concerns expressed by the financial markets and the recent volatility in the equity markets, Cell Network/Mandator requested a discussion on the structure of the proposed transaction. This was specifically permitted under the terms of the signed contract between the parties. As a result of this development, Cell Network/Mandator and Pixelpark agreed to postpone the planned roadshow. During discussions being held between Cell Network/Mandator and Pixelpark, Pixelpark unilaterally elected to declare the transaction called off. Cell Network/Mandator has at all times acted in accordance with the agreement between the parties. The merger between Cell Network and Mandator is continuing as planned. The strategy of the new Cell Network is not affected by the discontinued combination with Pixelpark. The ambition to develop the new Cell Network's position as one of the leading European players in order to reach a strong pan-European coverage, as well as a presence in North America and extended presence in Asia remains.
