Comment on the proposed new share issue With reference to today's notice to attend the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Cell Network AB (company no. 556216-0357), which outlines the conditions for the proposed new share issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders, the main shareholder of the company, Lars O Pettersson, makes the following statement: - I intend to subscribe to my part of the new issue of shares.
