Europolitan Vodafone signs framework agreement with Cell Telecom Cell Telecom has signed a framework agreement with Europolitan Vodafone for a coming one-year period. The assignment includes project management, test management and systems development. The contract applies for one year from 1 July this year, with an option to extend. "Cell Telecom possesses cutting edge skills in a number of projects that are important for our part. The choice of partner was made easy by previous good collaboration, and the local presence in Karlskrona of Cell Telecom consultants with many years' experience in the telecom sector," says Jörgen Persson, Head of Service Development and Operation at Europolitan Vodafone.
