New general agreement for Cell Network The Swedish National Maritime Administration (Sjöfartsverket) has signed a new general agreement with Cell Network Sweden. The agreement covers the provision of IT services ranging from strategic and management services to the development and administration of business-critical systems. The new agreement is valid for two years from 1 May this year, with an option for a further 1-2 years. Cell Network is one of five companies with whom the National Maritime Administration has signed agreements to a total value of SEK 20 million over the period. "During previous agreements, Cell Network has gained our confidence with its customer-focused approach and rapid delivery of the required services. This is why we want to continue with Cell Network as a partner," says Håkan Bley, IT strategist at the National Maritime Administration. "Our strength lies in combining sound knowledge about the National Maritime Administration's business with sound knowledge about IT. The partnership with the National Maritime Administration also illustrates the way we wish to work with all our customers - the fact that we are keenly aware of the customer's situation and reality. We would rather win business by listening than by selling," says Markku Kanala, account manager at Cell Network Sweden. The agreement with the National Maritime Administration strengthens Cell Network's position as a supplier to public authorities and services.
