New Mandator shares expected to be available on Tuesday, May 16 For shareholders in Cell Network who by April 17 had accepted Mandator's offer to exchange their shares for Mandator shares, Mandator has now implemented a new share issue that has been registered by the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV). The new shares will now be credited by the Swedish Securities Register Center (VPC) to the respective VP accounts. This procedure is expected to be completed by Tuesday, May 16, 2000. Registration of shares issued to holders of warrants in Cell Network cannot take place until a decision has been taken at the extraordinary general meeting on May 30.
