Restructuring the Norwegian business - selling the share in Eye One Cell Network is selling its share, equivalent to 76.5%, in the Norwegian games development company Eye One to Titus Interactive in France. This is a part of Cell Network's strategy to restructure the business and to focus clearly on its three divisions of IT/Internet, Telecom and Media/Communication. Eye One was launched in 1997 as a subsidiary of Cell Network Norway and has eleven members of staff and develops online games for the Internet. - The sale is in line with our strategy of focusing on our core business and of creating profitability in all parts of the company. Eye One is making a loss and the business does not fit in with our offer, comments Sverre Hurum, MD of Cell Network Norway. Titus Interactive is one of the leading companies in the development and publishing of software for different platforms and they will have major opportunities to develop and achieve success with Eye One's products. Titus Interactive is listed on the European exchange Euro NM in France and has some 400 developers and creators. - The acquisition of Eye One is part of our new media strategy and will help us to be well positioned in the market for on-line games, comments Eric Caen, President of Titus Interactive.
