Swedish Board of Civil Aviation signs general agreement with Cell Network According to an agreement, Cell Network will supply advanced IT services to the Swedish Board of Civil Aviation, or LFV. This agreement is a continuation of several years' collaboration mostly relating to Arlanda Airport, and will now include the entire LFV organisation. The Swedish Board of Civil Aviation is a Cell Network customer of many years' standing, and one of the largest in Cell's Public Services sector. This new agreement runs for two years with an option for a further two and includes IT services for the LFV organisation at Norrköping, Arlanda, Landvetter, and Sturup. The agreement gives Cell Network openings to increase business with LFV in years to come. "This is a strategically important deal for Cell," says Markku Kanala, Key Account Manager at Cell Network Sweden. "It shows that in the current market conditions, we have the faith of important major customers." "Cell Network presented the most advantageous tender," says Gunilla Pettersson, buyer at the Swedish Board of Civil Aviation. LFV's aim is to work with a small number of strong suppliers who can meet our high standards for deep and broad skills, plus availability in terms of time, volume, and geography."
