CELLPOINT PRESENTS ADVANCED MULTI-VENDOR LOCATION SERVICES PLATFORM Cannes, February 22, 2001 - CellPoint (Nasdaq: CLPT) is presenting Mobile Location System 5.0 at 3GSM World in Cannes this week. Mobile Location System (MLS 5.0) is CellPoint's most advanced location services platform offering to date, with full roaming support and network-based location of mobile phones in both active and idle modes. "This technology uses GSM functionality which is already supported by the majority of GSM networks, which means no network upgrades or overlays are necessary.
