(Nasdaq: CLPT), a global provider of mobile location technology and services, today adjourned the Special Meeting of Stockholders until sufficient votes can be collected for the transactions involving the future issuance of common stock. "Due to the mail delays from tragic events in the eastern United States, an insufficient number of proxies have been received to have a properly attended meeting," said Peter Henricsson, Chairman and CEO of CellPoint Inc. "We will announce a new date shortly once we assess how long it will take to receive sufficient proxies to have a properly attended meeting."
