Celsius gets order for combat vehicle upgrade

Order for combat vehicle upgrade Celsius' business unit Bofors Weapon Systems has received an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) to upgrade the CV 9040A combat vehicle. The order is worth approximately MSEK 34. The upgrade, which will enable vehicle commanders to aim and fire on the move, includes a gyro package and ergonomic improvements to enhance the crew's physical operating environment. The first deliveries of upgraded vehicles are scheduled for November of this year, with final deliveries scheduled for January 2001.
