Celsius sells Götaverken Motor

Press Release November 20, 1998 Celsius: Celsius sells Götaverken Motor Celsius has sold its wholly-owned subsidiary Götaverken Motor AB, which has some 70 employees, to Svenska Bearing AB. The new owner takes possession on November 20, 1998. Both companies are located in Gothenburg. The sale of Götaverken AB forms part of the consolidation strategy of the Celsius Group, and will have no impact on Celsius Group net income for the year.
