Celsius sells GVA Consultants Celsius has sold its wholly-owned subsidiary GVA Consultants to the UK-based British Maritime Technology. The take over is as on March 1. GVA Consultants is a Gothenburg-based leading design house with 45 employees/ consultants, focusing on the offshore market and specialising in floating production units and drilling rigs. British Maritime Technology is one of the world´s leading maritime and engineering consultancies and provides wide ranging and advanced design, risk management, experimentation and software systems, primarily to environ- mental, marine, offshore, defence and civil engineering markets through its group of internationally based subsidiary companies. The sale of GVA Consultants forms part of the consolidation strategy of the Celsius Group, and will only have minor positive impact on Celsius Group net income.
