FMV procures further development and system support of STRIC

FMV procures further development and system support of STRIC CelsiusTech Systems have received two orders from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) valued at SEK 72 M for the further development and system support of prior delivered STRIC systems. This new command and control system, which is in operation with the Swedish defence forces, is used for, among other things, the combat control of the Jas 39 Gripen fast attack aircraft. CelsiusTech Systems is the main supplier of the STRIC project. It has been underway since 1990 in close cooperation with FMV and is one of the largest system integration and program development projects ever carried out in Sweden. STRIC is now in operation but in order to meet the Swedish defence forces' future technical and tactical requirements continuous development and adaptation to changes in integrated systems will be needed.
