Dallas, TX – August 28, 2012 – CenseoHealth, a leading provider of risk adjustment evaluation and analytic services for health care plans, today announced the status of recent growth initiatives, highlighted by a 50% increase in headcount since May of this year, with an additional 25% growth in the employee base expected over the next several months. Much of this represents recent investments in scheduling, physician compliance, and quality assurance – areas that are core to CenseoHealth’s differentiated service offering.

In addition to these broad-based investments in talent, CenseoHealth has welcomed three seasoned Senior Executives over the past six months. These include:

  • Allen Dye as Vice President, who is charged with supporting CenseoHealth clients in their efforts to strengthen relationships with provider networks and delivery systems. Mr. Dye joins CenseoHealth with fifteen years of health care industry experience, specializing in physician recruitment, hospital operations and provider management. Previously, he served as a Divisional Vice President with Merritt Hawkins, the nation’s premier physician staffing firm, where he became an expert on physician staffing models. Mr. Dye earned a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Trinity University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University.
  • Barry Greve, Esq. as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with responsibilities for all of the Company’s legal and compliance matters. Prior to joining CenseoHealth, Mr. Greve served as Vice President of Operations Counsel at HealthSpring, one of the country's largest coordinated care plans. He also served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Leprechaun Management’s Puerto Rico operations. Mr. Greve received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law.

  • Dr. Mark Dambro as Chief Medical Officer with a focus on supporting health plans and medical groups interested in working with the CenseoHealth Service Suite. Dr. Dambro provides both potential and existing clients a broad experience that they can draw upon – either as they just begin to understand risk adjustment or as they evolve a more mature project. Dr. Dambro helped build the Prospective Assessment product for the first company to become involved in this innovative risk adjustment strategy and helped teach dozens of practitioners the nuances of in-home assessment. He is a graduate of the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed his residency and fellowship in Family Medicine.

“The health care landscape is evolving rapidly towards a model that rewards accountable, quality care and risk adjustment strategies that efficiently allocate health care dollars,” commented Jack McCallum, MD, PhD, CenseoHealth’s Chief Executive Officer. “At CenseoHealth, these skills have been integral to our business model since Day One, and our related expertise will provide us with a strong competitive position in the marketplace. We are delighted to welcome all of our new additions to the team as we move forward in pursuit of growth and new opportunities.”
