Ceridian engineers full suite of HR solutions for Costain

Integrated package includes auto enrolment and payroll

Ceridian UK, one of the UK’s leading HR and payroll providers, has won a contract to supply a complete SaaS HCM suite of products, including auto enrolment and managed payroll services, to Costain, a leading UK engineering solutions provider.

Fiona Ware, HR director at Costain PLC said: “While a software as a service solution (SaaS) was identified from the outset as a pre-requisite, we wanted one that was fully integrated. This would avoid the complications and expense of interfacing different solutions.

“Ceridian’s solution met our requirements and was backed up by a robust transition plan.

“In addition, Ceridian’s new auto enrolment module will allow us to quickly and easily comply with recent pension reform when our staging date becomes due.”

Nick Laird, chief commercial officer at Ceridian UK said: “Costain will benefit from a fully automated end-to-end process solution delivered via HRevolution, our SaaS HCM suite of products. The central HR hub module will enable Costain to carefully monitor HR performance and enhance the HR service delivery.

Costain will benefit from managed payroll; HR administration; workforce management; recruitment; expense management; time and attendance; performance management; HR analytics and auto enrolment modules through HRevolution.
