To complete the course, teamwork is vital as all the obstacles are specifically designed to encourage group participation. We all had to help each other finish, putting the team first while overcoming our natural fears. Having completed the course with over 20 of my colleagues and some friends, I am incredibly proud of the team spirit shown by all and above all immensely grateful for the financial support provided to raise so much money for such a worthy cause.”
