Certified Payment Processing Hires Michelle Logan
Expanded Training Position Part of Company’s Growth Priority
Dallas, Texas (January 26, 2012) Certified Payment Processing, L.P. (CPP) has hired Michelle Logan as Director, Learning and Development. In this capacity, she will plan, initiate and manage programs that further the professional development of CPP’s team, increase organizational strength and improve overall performance.
“CPP is a successful and profitable company,” says Kirk Mann, General Manager. “We are working to put in place the structure required to take that success into the future. And we know that will involve the training and development of our staff, so this role was enhanced and enlarged to meet our objectives.”
For the past three years, Logan has operated her own company providing business coaching, training and performance consulting. Prior to that, she was Senior Director of Learning, Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance for First Data Corporation. Logan also served as Vice President of Training and Skills Development for Optum Specialized Health Solutions in Dallas, and Vice President of Training and Quality Assurance for Precision Response Corporation in Plantation, Florida.
“Michelle brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to CPP,” says Tom Shaw, Senior Vice President of Operations and Administration. “In addition to her extensive experience in training and development, she has a solid background in call center leadership, which will be invaluable to our telemarketing and recruiting call centers.”
Logan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The American University in Washington, DC, and a Master of Arts in Human Behavior and Management from National University in Sacramento, CA. She is a licensed Professional Business Coach and a Certified Master Trainer and Instructional Designer.
CPP is a direct provider of credit card processing services and also leases point-of-sale terminals that quickly process all forms of payments: debit and credit card transactions, gift cards and checks.
