CESA, in association with CEDA, announces 2014 Light Equipment and Tableware Forum
Discover what’s new and what’s trending in catering
For distributors looking for the next catering ‘must have’ the CESA Light Equipment and Tableware Forum is a ‘must visit’. Leading manufacturers and suppliers will show their latest launches and delegates have the chance to get their hands on the products their customers will be asking for in the coming months.
CESA, the Catering Equipment Suppliers Association, has just announced details of the 2014 Forum, which takes place at the Whittlebury Hall Hotel, Towcester on Wednesday 22 January. This year’s event is being run in association with CEDA, the Catering Equipment Distributors Association. The annual Distributor Sales Person of the Year and the Distributor Cup awards will also be presented during the event.
“This Forum is always a great opportunity to discover what’s new and what’s trending, and to find products that will fit the customer,” says Robin Barnes of Office Depot.
“It’s a great use of time,” says Steve Wooldridge of Nisbets. “Our customers often ask us what’s new – coming here gives us the answers.”
Fourteen exhibitors are lined up to show their latest ideas, covering areas as diverse as food display, chefs knives, food transport, cooking oil monitoring equipment, induction units, trays and designer tableware.
It’s not just about what’s new – it’s about what’s different, too. “We see products we don’t normally think about,” says Richard Matthews of Bunzl Lockhart Catering Equipment. “For example, at the 2013 Forum I saw a concierge luggage trolley – I had no idea the supplier did them. It was exactly what one of my customers was looking for.”
