Health and Safety and Employment Law specialist mhl support are to host a free seminar for businesses, highlighting the seven deadly sins of compliance. The specially created seminar will throw light on to what can be, at times, very complicated processes to follow. Avoiding the pitfalls and errors of Health and Safety and Employment law compliance can be a minefield to try and navigate. The free seminar has been designed for directors and senior managers of companies, not only to highlight potential problems, but also to offer advice on best practice to ensure that companies avoid those seven deadly sins. The seminar will be lead by two of mhl support’s most experienced practitioners, Alison Norris and Alan Millband. Alison has over 15 years experience in strategic HR. She and her team have helped hundreds of businesses to increase productivity and reduce costs through tailored performance management programmes. With over 25 years experience in advising, assisting and representing clients, in relation to the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency and other enforcing authorities, Alan is highly regarded for his strategic approach to resolving problems and his commercial awareness.
