A leading UK Health and Safety and Employment Law compliance firm, mhl support is set to re-brand, when it changes its operating name to Bibby Consulting & Support. The company, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire is assuming the name to reflect its integral role within the Bibby Line Group of companies. The main activities of the Bibby Line Group, when first founded over two hundred years ago were in owning and operating ships. Over the years the company has evolved and diversified into other areas including marine services, logistics, financial and offshore services, retail and of course compliance. The group bought mhl support from its founding directors in 2006. As Michael Slade, Managing Director of mhl support explained: “During the last twelve months, we have come to an exciting crossroads. At the beginning of the year we initiated a strategic review to help us set some longer term objectives. One of the review’s recommendations was to re-brand mhl support, bringing it under the Bibby Line Group banner. We believe that the rebrand will bring positive results to the company and more importantly our clients and teams. mhl support is a solid and robust company and alignment to the Bibby name will strengthen the company and assist us in developing a number of exciting new products and services ready to launch over the next six months.” The re-brand will be officially announced at a champagne reception hosted by Michael Slade on 19th October, at Crewe Hall Hotel. Sir Michael Bibby, Chairman of The Bibby Line Group, will speak on the theme of the links that brand and values provide in a company’s success. “These are exactly the themes which have played an important part in the success of mhl support and will continue to do so in the future,” said Michael Slade. “Bibby Consulting and Support will maintain a reputation for high quality services conducted with integrity. These were the values upon which the Bibby Line Group was founded two hundred years ago and are as important and evident today as they were then.” For more information regarding Bibby Consulting and Support please contact Katy Vaughan on 08453 100600 or visit the website on www.bibbycas.com - ENDS - Images to support this release: High resolution image: Sir Michael Bibby, Chairman of The Bibby Line Group
