With last years’ acquisition of a national industry retail company, Solideal Industrial Tyres Limited will be taking the opportunity to tell the materials handling industry about its exciting plans at this years’ IMHX show. The company purchased Industrial Tyre Services Limited in July 2009 and is now the only manufacturing, wholesale and retail operation in the UK. As Solideal Industrial Tyre’s Managing Director Len Sambrook, explained: “This is an exciting time for Solideal. With the acquisition of Industrial Tyre Services we are now a viable alternative for customers in the retail sector. We will be taking the opportunity at IMHX to let everyone know about Solideal’s future plans.” Solideal Industrial Tyres will also be displaying its current range of products, and staff will be on hand to offer help and advice. The Solideal group currently employ over 7000 people worldwide and have over 100 distribution and service locations throughout the world, with manufacturing plants in Europe, North America and Asia. The company has also made considerable investments into research and development and has facilities based in both Europe and Asia. “Moving forward, the company has already opened two new depots and two more are on the way,” said Len Sambrook, “We’ve increased the company’s fleet by adding seven new vans and have installed five new presses. Entering into the retail sector of the industry completes our customer service cycle; we now have both wholesale and retail operations in place and a fitting service. We’re confident that no other service provider can offer this in the UK today.” Solideal Industrial Tyres can be found on stand 20F90 and will be exhibiting at the IMHX Show from 16th – 19th November 2010. - ENDS -
