ChemImage Hires General Counsel/Vice President of Human Resources
PITTSBURGH, Sept. 9, 2011 — ChemImage Corporation hired Jessica Beckett-McWalter, former associate at Pepper Hamilton LLC, as General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources, effective Sept. 6.
In her current role, Beckett-McWalter will serve as counsel to ChemImage on all contract and intellectual property activities, and direct human resources policy and procedures.

In her more than seven years experience in the legal industry, Beckett-McWalter has worked on commercial, employment and intellectual property litigation issues, representing clients in matters relating to the misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of multi-million dollar contracts, constitutional civil rights issues, securities class actions, construction litigation and general employment issues.
A resident of the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Beckett-McWalter currently serves as a board member of the Women’s Law Project and an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. In addition, she is nominated for the 2011 Young Professional Award, Athena Award Program of Greater Pittsburgh, Allegheny Conference for the leadership, mentoring and community service activities exhibited in her work as an attorney, as well as her service on the board of the Women’s Law Project.
