Success Stories and highlights from MBR: Beyond the dazzling tech, the MBR event also served as a global platform for fostering international collaboration and promoting sustainable fashion practices, leading to notable success stories:

1. RXQUETTE - 'TRUSTING THE PROCESS': RXQUETTE, with its iconic installation “Cable Jeans”, made a profound statement at the Moldovan Brands Runway. Their installation underscored the idea that fashion is not just about the destination but also about the journey of design and creation. It encouraged confidence in skills and instincts, celebrating the evolving nature of fashion. RXQUETTE has captured a global audience with its contemporary flair, blending '90s influences with intricate tailoring and impeccable details.

2. Fidan Novruzova: Fidan Novruzova, the Azerbaijani, Moldovan-born designer founded her namesake label in 2020 as an outlet for self-expression.

Fidan’s practice centers on experimentation, as her label constantly evolves and her garments take on bolder, braver forms. The brand’s creations have been worn by Bella Hadid, Irina Shayk, Kendall Jenner, Rosalia and are globally stocked with luxury retailers such as SSENSE, SND, H. LORENZO, KM20, LN-CC, Farfetch to name a few.
The defining characteristic of her work is that it resists easy definition. Instead, her designs are best expressed through oxymorons, giving shape to the concept of modern nostalgia. Taking a collage-like approach to design, Fidan calls upon and pulls together disparate and, often, opposing elements, signifiers, and aesthetics. Traditionally masculine codes meld with the conventionally feminine, hard lines cascade into soft curves, once nearly pinned down, one idea slips into another, entirely. Silhouettes from modern and bygone eras merge across a series of retro futuristic garments that seem to exist outside of time, itself.

FINCH is known for artistic prints and unique collaborations resulting in the creation of endless fashion shows in augmented reality. All models wearing clothes in this collection are scanned using a human 3D scanner and printed as 3D sculptures. FINCH has been presenting collections since March 2015. Since 2018, the brand has been a resident of Ukraine Fashion Week, presenting two collections plus one or two capsules annually. Their AR filters, which allow users to replace model’s faces with their own, continues to leave a lasting impact on fashion worldwide, opening new avenues for creative expressions and engagement.
