Scandinavian ChemoTech AB (publ) (“ChemoTech”) announces today that Martin Jerndal, board member and major shareholder, has bought further 6,000 shares for approximately SEK 154,500 over the stock exchange. His total holding now amounts to 588,695 shares in ChemoTech.
