With the midterms fast approaching, NFIB has endorsed nearly 300 federal candidates across the country.  For some of the most hotly contested races, NFIB has launched a digital initiative, VoteforMainStreet.com. Candidates in key races include:

In other small business news this week, the NFIB Legal Center has filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in response to the property rights case Horne v. USDA. Plus, NFIB is applauding the Small Business Administration for its stand against overregulation by the EPA on the Clean Water Act.
