Appoints Head of Investor Relations & Communication

Gunnar Modalen has been
appointed Head of Investor Relations & Communications and member of group
management for Cherry AB. The reason for this recruitement is to strengthen
group management and to prepare the company for the upcoming listing on Nasdaq Stockholm
later this year.  

Gunnar Modalen holds long experience in communication from publicly listed companies lately as CFO for Doro AB and Rederi AB Transatlantic, both companies being listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Gunnar Modalen also worked in various positions in senior management in Perstorp Group during 1994 – 2010.
