Cherry has finalized the acquisition of Almor Holding Ltd, a leading online casino business specialising in German-speaking markets and the average share price for the new issue was set at 38,967 SEK per share. The shares were valued based on the average closing price in the three (3) trading days prior to and three (3) trading days including and following the announcement 2nd July. After the new issue, which form part of the purchase price, the number of shares increased with 546,239 of series B. The new issue was supported by the resolution at the Annual General Meeting held 12 of May 2015. The total number of shares in Cherry AB (plc) amounted as of July 10 2015 to 13 987 812 shares, of which 997,600 Class A shares and 12,990,212 Class B, representing a total of 22,966,212 votes.
