New date for the Annual General Meeting of Cherry AB

The Board of Directors of Cherry AB (publ) – STO: CHER-B.ST – announces that the company has resolved that the new date for the company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is 28 May 2019.

Previously scheduled date for the AGM was: 9 May 2019.
