Notification of change in shareholding

Cherry AB (PLC) has been notified that the shareholder Hotspur Holding AS has sold 25,000 shares of series B on the 1st of December 2015. After the transaction Hotspur Holding AS controls 1,398,297 shares of series B in Cherry AB, which corresponds to 9.99% of the capital and 6.09% of the voting rights. Before the transaction Hotspur Holding AS controlled 10.17% of the capital and 6.20% of the voting rights.
