Notification of change in shareholding

Cherry AB (PLC) has been notified that the shareholder Lars Kling has sold 40,000 shares of series A on the 22st of February 2016. After the transaction Lars Kling controls 196,621 of Series A and 306,222 shares of series B in Cherry AB, which corresponds to 3.51% of the capital and 9.72% of the voting rights. Before the transaction Lars Kling controlled 3.79% of the capital and 11.44% of the voting rights.
