amk Automotive expands premises and team

Leading auto parts remanufacturer and distributor amk Automotive has recently invested in a new warehouse and has also announced a new appointment to their team.

amk have invested over £800,000 in stock for its new 20,000 sq ft warehouse at their premises in Dewsbury.

Simon Salloway, sales and marketing director of amk Automotive commented: “We needed to add an additional warehouse due to demand and pattern of demand from our customers. Availability is the key issue for our customers so we need to able to react quickly to meet their demands.”

amk also welcome Ashley Spur, warranty administrator to the team; Ashley joined amk recently as part of their in-house trainee scheme.

Ashley commented: ”I am delighted to be joining amk at a time when the business is delivering such progressive expansion and growth.  In an economic climate where many organisations are looking inward and reducing their market opportunities, amk continues to thrive and expand.”
