Renault Launch Motrio Tyre Range Renault is set to cut the cost of motoring for Renault owners with the arrival of a new tyre brand. The Motrio tyre range, available exclusively from Renault dealers from 1st February, is the first example of a vehicle manufacturer offering its customers an own-branded tyre that has been launched to suit the specific requirements of older Renault vehicles and their owners. With Motrio tyres, Renault owners have the assurance that the tyre is produced to a high standard. The range has been tested to the specifications of Renault, which means that owners can be certain that the performance of the tyre is in harmony with their vehicle. The range is designed to deliver high performance, whatever the weather, so sure-footed handling; accurate steering and great braking efficiency are guaranteed along with high mileage. Two tread patterns feature in the range: Motrio Impulsion maximises ‘driving comfort’ for the smaller models and Motrio Impulsion+ offers a more ‘dynamic’ focus to suit the more sporty mid/top-of-the-range models and both patterns provide almost silent running, even at high speeds. After servicing, tyre replacement is the second most frequent reason for motorists to visit a garage workshop and it is also one of the highest value items when maintaining a vehicle. However, despite the tailor-made nature of the product, Motrio tyres are very competitively priced, being significantly less expensive than the premium brands.
