Aylesbury Body Language have recently gained the prestigious Kitemark - setting the high standards that consumers' and fleet managers expect when having their cars repaired. Aylesbury Body Language is a family run bodyshop and has been established for over 23 years. They have seven staff on their 5,000 sq ft site and repair on average 35 cars a week. The bodyshop decided to go for the Kitemark for Vehicle Body Repair as it was the opportunity to show how serious they are about getting critical car body repair safety processes right and to keep existing contracts and gain new business. Alan Geary and Segio Palombo own the bodyshop and between them they have over 70 years experience of repairing cars. Alan commented: ”We found the whole process an eye opener especially the ATA training. With technology changing constantly the technician needs to be up-to-date with techniques. We have also made improvements within the company with auditing and internal procedures. Our customer relations were already good but with the procedures and processes now in place from the Kitemark it is even better. “The Kitemark was a huge investment in the business but an essential investment for the safety of the consumer and to ensure we are repairing cars to the highest possible standards.
