New References Across All DAYCO Product Groups Dayco UK has announced several new application references to its range of OEM power transmission products, which are now available to the UK aftermarket. These additions include Timing Belts, Timing Belt Kits, Auxiliary Belts and Tensioners. Timing Belt additions include the Audi A4, A6 and A8 models utilising the 3.0i engine used between 2001 and 2006, and Hyundai and Kia applications employing the 3.5i engine between 2001 and 2007. Nine new Timing Belt Kits join the range and these applications include Alfa Romeo 145/146/147, 155/156 and GTV/Spider between 1995 and 2004, Audi A4/A6/A8 between 1999 and 2006, Honda Accord 1997 to 2003, MG/Rover 25/45 and XR/ZS diesel variants between 1999 and 2005, Suzuki Jimny, Toyota Land Cruiser diesels between 1990 and 1999, multiple VAG references and Volvo C70, S40 and S8 variants. Tensioner replacement is a growth area as more technicians become mindful of the importance of replacing tensioners alongside a new belt. Here too Dayco is able to respond to this demand with the inclusion of 17 more belt tensioners, which cover a multitude of applications for numerous Alfa Romeo, Audi, Citroën, Fiat, Ford, GM, Mazda, Peugeot and VAG references. The requirement for Auxiliary Belts also continues to swell, so the addition of BMW 3 Series, Chevrolet Captiva and Vauxhall Antara diesel engine applications means that workshops have even more opportunities to fit Dayco’s superb Poly-V ribbed belt range.
