Local Factor Sings First Line’s Praise

Self-professed Beatles fan John Franklin rarely sings another tune, but is happy to sing the praises of parts supplier First Line and has recently rebranded one of his delivery vans to ‘Shout’ about it!

Beverley Motor Factors is a successful factor supplying independent workshops in Beverley and the surrounding towns and villages with a range of quality products. The owner, John Franklin, set up the business in 1993 and it has now served the East Yorkshire motor trade community for nearly 20 years.

Many in the area have become familiar with his Beatles-themed delivery vans on the streets and country lanes, but recently, as the vans have been replaced John has swapped his beloved Beatles imagery for brands more associated with the industry.

To mark his decision to take on First Line as BMF’s sole supplier for steering & suspension, bearings and cooling products, John has now added a First Line branded van to his fleet.

“We’ve supplied First Line to our customers for many years”, said John, “not only are the products of the highest quality and the packaging first rate, but it’s such a good company to work with as there are no barriers between us. Our day-to-day contact, area sales manager Jason Cottam, is a good guy and the staff in the warehouse are always willing to help and they provide us with a really fast response to our requests.

“As we get our orders on a next-day delivery basis, we order daily what we need when we need it, but I know this will not cause us problems with products being out of stock because in our experience, First Line stock the lot!”
