IAAF END OF YEAR STATEMENT

Report this content

2010 has been a significant year for the IAAF, with the organisation not only celebrating its 80th anniversary but also with a successful re-branding exercise. The re-branding reflects the focus on three areas of the independent sector: the traditional base of distributors and parts suppliers, a defined focus on lobbying and a new garage sector. The IAAF is also pleased to announce that the drive to recruit independent garages continues to increase with double the amount of garages choosing the IAAF as the organisation best placed to speak on their behalf. David Russell a Director of the IAAF said: “The IAAF has gone through a significant amount of change in 2010 driven by extremely committed individuals who have given their time freely to help implement these changes. The IAAF acknowledges their commitment and thanks them for their hard work. “The IAAF will continue the work that has been started, we are fully committed to building on the platform that has been created we are reviewing the structure of the organisation and the resource required to continue this forward momentum. The IAAF is truly the voice of the independent automotive aftermarket.” ends For further information or any media matters, regarding the IAAF please contact Gary Barak at Chicane on 01753 650004 or Email: gary@chicanemarketing.co.uk
