NEW SALES MANAGER FOR THE NORTH FOR BSI KITEMARK® AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES

John Lester has been appointed as sales manager for BSI Kitemark automotive services. Lester comes from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) where he was general manager for workplace safety. Lester had been working in safety and environmental compliance, but came to BSI, as he wanted to work with customers on achieving the prestigious Kitemark, demonstrating compliance, safety and quality to the highest levels. Lester is responsible for promoting Kitemark schemes to the vehicle body and garage sectors, working with many key stakeholders; bodyshops, garages, work providers, insurers and vehicle manufacturers. Lester commented: “I wanted to join BSI to work with diverse organisations looking to demonstrate their commitment to safety, quality and sustainability in obtaining the prestigious Kitemark.”
