PSE’S INNOVATIVE G-3 WINS 2012 PAINT PROTECTION AWARD

G-3, the award winning, market-leading paint protection system from Paintseal Europe (PSE), has been crowned “Paint Protection Winner” at the recent Car Dealer Power Awards (CPDA).

The highly successful event was held at the top of Portsmouth’s stunning Spinnaker Tower on July 17thand the attendees read as a ‘Who’s Who’ of vehicle manufacturers, car dealerships, motor trade and service providers. G-3 and Moto G-3 sponsored BSB rider Chris ‘the Stalker’ Walker was also there, after making a amazing recovery from breaking both his heels in a 120mph 'lift off' accident at Knockhill.

The CDPA trophies are unique in the motor trade, as they are voted for by car dealers across the UK. This year more than 1,000 dealers voted for some 200 companies as contenders to receive awards.

G-3 (the 3rdGeneration paint protection system) is PSE’s flagship product. The main chemical component of G-3 Glasscoat is a form of ceramic liquid glass, which hardens into a coating that prevents oxidisation and maintains the ‘new car’ look. The glass-based coating gives water-repellent properties to vehicle exteriors and a smoother surface on paintwork, which allows any dirt to be removed easily. In fact, the water-repellent coating has a self-cleaning effect that actually clears an amount of dirt when it rains – certainly a benefit in the UK! G-3 is also extraordinarily long-lasting and when correctly applied, the coating is stable for more than five years on a vehicle of average mileage – and is guaranteed as such.
