RITA MILLO JOINS WOOD AUTO

Experienced hand provides European market knowledge Wood Auto, a leading auto-electrical specialist since 1929, has recruited well-respected industry expert Rita Millo to join the team as the company’s export manager, with a particular focus on Europe and Africa. Rita, who will continue to be based in Bologna, comes to Wood Auto with considerable aftermarket experience after working with several well-known organisations including thirteen years at OREM, an established competitor to Wood Auto based in Italy. The last seven years have been spent with Remy International and most recently with REAL Italy. Speaking of her appointment Rita said: “Although I have been with competing businesses, I have got to know Wood Auto and its personnel very well over many years and I have always respected the way they do business. When the opportunity came for me to join the Wood Auto team, it was an easy decision to come to. “I have a strong relationship with Robert Heywood and the ethos of the business is to provide its customers with quality products and an excellent service. For me these are great qualities and I am sure that together we can grow as a business into new areas both geographically and product wise.
