TTC DELIGHTED WITH SUCCESS OF BEN GOLF DAY

TTC, the UK's leading aftermarket supplier for Commercial Vehicle components recently hosted the annual Unipart BEN Golf Day at the Breadsall Priory in Derbyshire. 

Despite the somewhat wet weather conditions, the event was a great success. With 18 golf teams in attendance, the highest number for the last three years, there was a lot of competition out on the golf course.

During the evening the winning trophies of the day were presented and guests were also reminded of the amazing work BEN do and the reason behind the event - to help raise money for the automotive industry’s own charity.

Every year BEN provides friendship, advice, emotional and financial support to thousands of people in the automotive sector and their dependents. BEN also runs four care centres across the country. The work that their care and welfare staff undertakes is truly diverse and ranges from providing round-the-clock care, to giving emotional and financial advice.

Tony Sackett, Managing Director at TTC commented: “Providing these services is essential for our automotive colleagues who are facing hardship and distress, this requires BEN to raise significant funds and we are delighted to be able to help by supporting them through this event.

“Thank you to all who supported this event and helped to raise money for this very worthy cause. We are very pleased to say that the event raised close to £5,000 for the charity.”
