Gulf Oil Completes Houghton International Acquisition
Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd (GOCL), part of the Hinduja group, is pleased to report the completion of GOCL’s $1.045 billion acquisition of Houghton International, a global market leading metalworking fluids and lubricants company. Houghton was purchased from a US-based private equity fund AEA Investments, as announced on November 7th, 2012. A full press statement will follow in January.
