Chineham park celebrates over 100,000 sq ft let since December

Chineham Park, Basingstoke's leading business destination, has just a completed a record period of lettings.

Since December last year, over 100,000 sq ft has been taken at the park, thanks to four new customers and three existing customers expanding their premises.

Rupert Batho, managing director, explains, "The level of occupier activity we have seen in the past few months has been outstanding.
