Christian Berner Invest AB sells office building in Mölnlycke to Eklandia Fastighets AB
Christian Berner Invest AB has sold the property called Härryda Solsten 1:118, an office building in Mölnlycke outside Gothenburg, where Christian Berner Tech Trade AB (publ), soon to be traded on First North, has its headquarters. Christian Berner Tech Trade AB, one of the leading technical trade groups in the Nordic region, plans a listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq OMX First North after summer.
The buyer is Eklandia Fastighets AB, which has direct access to the property in combination with the purchase. The underlying value of the property is 85 million SEK.

Christian Berner AB has signed a long-term lease with Eklandia Fastighets AB. The property was built in 2006 and has a lettable area of approx. 5 000 square meters.
